The National Energy Administration recently issued the Notice on Actively Promoting New Energy Power Generation Projects to Be Parallel, Capable and Early and Related Work, proposing that under the premise of ensuring the security and stability of the power grid and orderly power supply, all power grid enterprises should take effective measures for wind power and photovoltaic power generation projects that meet the conditions of grid connection according to the principle of 'being parallel, capable and early' to ensure timely grid connection.
It is reported that wind power and photovoltaic power generation projects with grid-connected conditions are allowed to be connected to the grid in batches, and full-capacity construction is not allowed as a necessary condition for new energy projects to be connected to the grid. In addition, the notice calls for increasing the construction of supporting network connection projects, fully connecting with the construction of wind power and photovoltaic power generation projects, and striving to be completed and put into operation simultaneously.
Since the beginning of this year, domestic new energy power generation has continued to grow rapidly and maintained a high utilization level. In the fourth quarter, new energy production and grid connection were concentrated.
