In October 2022, there will be 45 car enterprises in China that achieve a 100% monthly response rate for passenger cars, a significant increase of 11 compared with the 34 in the previous month. At the same time, there were 48 auto enterprises with a response rate of more than 80%, an increase of 4 on a month on month basis.
In terms of the performance of the case closing rate, five auto companies achieved a monthly 100% case closing rate of China's passenger cars, which was the same as five last month, and 14 auto companies achieved a closing rate of more than 50%, two more than the previous month.
Haval, BYD and others have outstanding case completion rates
In October 2022, the car enterprises in China that will achieve a 100% monthly case settlement rate for passenger cars are: Zero Auto, Xiaopeng Auto, Lexus, Geely New Energy and Jiangling Ford. However, in view of the fact that the number of complaints from the above car enterprises on the platform is single digit, the 100% case settlement rate is not of much reference significance.
At the same time, Haval, BYD, Oula, Chang'an Lincoln, etc. also had a good case closing rate in October. Among them, BYD has always had a good closing rate on the car quality complaint platform of China.com. In October, BYD had 64 complaints on the platform, 43 cases were closed, and the closing rate was 67%. In addition, the closing performance of Haval brand is also impressive. In October, the number of complaints on the platform was 29, the number of closed cases was 28, and the closing rate was as high as 97%.
