In the past few days, the construction site of Minle County 500MW/1000MWh shared energy storage power station project invested and built by Minle County Silk Road Net Energy Green Energy Technology Co., Ltd. has been crowded, and engineering vehicles are shuttling and working in a busy and orderly manner. This project is one of the investment projects in the county, covering an area of 156 mu, with a total investment of 2.3 billion yuan. It will be built in two phases. The first phase of the project invested 660 million yuan to complete the construction of a 150MW/300MWh shared energy storage power station in Minle County; The second phase of the project invested 1.64 billion yuan to complete the construction of a 350MW/700MWh shared energy storage power station in Minle County. A 330kV booster station will be built in the project, and a 330kV outlet will be connected to the 330kV side of Hue 330kV substation. At present, the main civil construction of Minle Energy Storage Phase I project has entered the final stage, and the battery compartment and charging station in the energy storage area have been installed. Then, the installation and commissioning of the electrical equipment of the booster station will be carried out, and the overall project is expected to be connected to the grid and put into production at the end of October. Miao Kun, the project manager, said: 'According to the energy storage of 300KWh by folk music, the energy waste of new energy in Gansu can be reduced by 120 million kWh every year, and at the same time, the carbon dioxide emissions can be reduced by more than 200,000 tons and the sulfur dioxide emissions by more than 16 million tons.'

This year, the county seized the opportunity of accelerating the development of new energy industry by the state, provinces and municipalities during the '14th Five-Year Plan' period, and built 6 new energy industry projects with an additional installed capacity of 260 MW, with a total investment of 5.111 billion yuan and an annual planned investment of 2.436 billion yuan.
