On September 8, 2021, the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development issued the national standard 'General Code for Building Energy Conservation and Renewable Energy Utilization', which will be implemented from April 1, 2022. It covers new buildings, existing buildings, renewable energy systems, construction, commissioning, acceptance, operation and management, etc., and the energy-saving requirements are comprehensively improved.

Application of solar energy

Solar refrigeration system: The solar refrigeration system in energy-saving buildings is based on the technology of converting solar energy into electric energy, converting light energy into heat energy and absorption refrigeration technology. This system can effectively reduce the power consumption, has a good refrigeration effect, and has low operation and maintenance costs.

Hot water heating and heat collection system: The hot water heating and heat collection system mainly relies on solar heat collection equipment to collect and store solar energy, and effectively realizes the recycling of hot water with the help of circulating water pumps, thus meeting the heating and heating needs of energy-saving buildings.

Photovoltaic building integration: refers to the technology of integrating solar power generation products as a building component. Photovoltaic building integration has the advantages of green energy saving, carbon emission reduction, building cost reduction, electricity utilization efficiency improvement, land resource conservation and ecological environment protection. Promote the popularization and use of distributed green clean energy, transform buildings from energy consumers to energy producers, and transform cities from energy-consuming cities to energy-producing cities.

Light storage and flexibility: it refers to the construction of a new building power distribution system that meets the target demand of carbon neutrality by generating electricity, storing energy, DC power distribution and flexible energy use from renewable energy such as photovoltaic.

Application of wind energy

By applying wind energy in architectural design and using indoor ventilation to form good natural ventilation, the indoor temperature and humidity can be reduced to a great extent, and the indoor air can flow better. It is of great significance to reduce the application of air conditioning systems and save electric energy. On the other hand, wind energy is also a common energy source in building energy conservation and building design, and its main application forms are household wind power generation and high-rise building wind power generation.

Application of geothermal energy

Compared with solar energy, geothermal energy is more stable. Generally, designers don't directly use geothermal energy, but convert it into heat energy and electric energy according to the actual situation of the internal structure of the building, and then reuse it. To some extent, it can replace the traditional non-renewable resource energy consumption to damage the natural environment. Enterprises usually use ground source heat pump to collect geothermal energy, and convert it into heat energy and electric energy, so as to provide energy for teaching activities and guarantee the learning environment.

Beijing Sub-center adopts geothermal 'two energy' and takes the lead in creating the first 'near-zero carbon emission zone' in China. It has the largest integrated energy system in China, which uses geothermal energy for heating (cooling) with an area of 1.5 million square meters, and the actual energy contribution rate is close to 90% of the system, basically reaching the full coverage of geothermal energy.
