On August 13th, Huainan City held a symposium on building a national new comprehensive energy base, and signed 10 new energy projects with a total investment of 33 billion yuan.

Since last year, Huainan City has insisted on putting the construction of a new comprehensive energy base at an important position in the overall development. From a high starting point, it has compiled the 'Development Plan of Huainan New Comprehensive Energy Base' (discussion draft), carried out all-round new energy projects to attract investment, and vigorously promoted the crucial action of industrial transformation. At the symposium, Yong Yang, the president of North China Electric Power University and the director of the National Thermal Power Engineering Technology Research Center, and other experts and entrepreneurs from the professional point of view, industrial development, etc., opened the way for the construction of a new comprehensive energy base, gave precise guidance and offered suggestions.

At the symposium, 10 new energy projects, such as Zhongqing (Fengtai) New Energy Photovoltaic Industry Base in Central of Fengtai County and intelligent manufacturing of 10 GW photovoltaic module frame in Fengtai County, were signed, with a total investment of 33 billion yuan.
