According to the principles of full opening, rapid development, centralized development and multi-energy, this year, Yunnan Province will accelerate the construction of 350 photovoltaic projects with an installed capacity of 31.6504 million kilowatts; There are 5 wind power projects with an installed capacity of 355,000 kilowatts. The projects are distributed in 15 states (cities) except Diqing, among which Chuxiong, Qujing and Dali all involve more than 30 projects. By the end of June, there were 162 new energy projects in the province, with an installed capacity of 20.794 million kilowatts.

The 'Program' clarifies that photovoltaic projects will start construction in an all-round way before October this year. Projects with a capacity of more than 100,000 kilowatts should have the conditions for production before June next year, and the full-capacity grid-connected time should not exceed the end of December 2023. Implement dynamic project management, adhere to the market-oriented allocation of resources, and power grid enterprises should speed up the construction of supporting network connection projects, and make full connection with the project construction, so as to realize synchronous grid connection, access to the nearest place, and local consumption.
