During the 'Thirteenth Five-Year Plan' period, the charging infrastructure of new energy vehicles in China has achieved a leap-forward development, but there are still some outstanding problems such as the difficulty in building piles in residential communities and the uneven development of public charging facilities. Recently, Anhui Province received 380 million yuan from the central government for the charging infrastructure of new energy vehicles, which was earmarked for the construction and operation of charging infrastructure.

The Provincial Department of Finance, the Provincial Economic and Information Department and other departments timely studied and determined the mode of fund allocation and key support areas. On the basis of focusing on the promotion and application of new energy vehicles in various cities, they focused on supporting the comprehensive pilot cities for the application of national electricity exchange mode, the infrastructure of smart cities and the construction of pilot cities and fuel cell vehicle demonstration urban agglomerations for the coordinated development of intelligent networked vehicles, helping new energy vehicles to go to the countryside and promoting the construction of urban and rural charging infrastructure.

Relevant departments will strengthen follow-up guidance, do a good job in fund use management, urge cities and counties to speed up project implementation progress, strengthen fund performance management, improve fund use efficiency, and provide a strong guarantee for optimizing the application environment of new energy vehicles.
