According to the 'Instructions for Applying for Small Bus Indicators', the new energy indicators will be allocated on the morning of May 26th. General indicators are allocated on June 26th and December 26th.

Family ranking finalists or lottery winners, by the city public security departments and civil affairs departments of the family applicant's kinship, marital status and other information for verification. If the kinship and marital status of some family applicants cannot be verified through data exchange, the index management institution shall notify the family applicants through the designated website. If the marital status needs to be supplemented with supporting materials, the vehicle registration owner or transferee shall, in accordance with the notice, first go to the office window designated by the civil affairs department for on-site verification.

Citizens can log in to the user center on the website (https://xkczb.jtw.beijing.gov.cn/), and click 'My Family Application' in the configuration index function area to inquire about the validity period of family application. After the family's application is approved, the validity of the application will remain until March 8th of the following year. If the allocation index is not obtained, it will be automatically transferred to the next index allocation within the validity period of the application. After the validity period of the application expires, the family application qualification will be reviewed again.

In 2022, the annual quota of minibuses in Beijing will be 100,000, and the general quota will be reduced from 40,000 in 2021 to 30,000 in 2022. Meanwhile, the quota of new energy indicators will be increased from 60,000 to 70,000, and the distribution ratio will also take better care of 'car-free families'.
