On January 3, the provincial development and Reform Commission and other departments identified three projects in our city as provincial 'new energy + energy storage' pilot demonstration projects. The demonstration project should be completed and put into operation by the end of this year to give full play to the demonstration effect.
In December last year, after review and publicity, the provincial development and Reform Commission, the Provincial Energy Bureau and the Shanxi regulatory office of the National Energy Administration determined the list of the first batch of 'new energy + energy storage' pilot demonstration projects in our province. There are three projects in our city, namely: Gujiao 100 MW independent energy storage power station comprehensive utilization demonstration project, Jiufang Gujiao shared energy storage demonstration station project (phase I) and Xiaodian Huayang Group R & D center optical storage network charging demonstration project.
Subsequently, the three departments issued the notice on printing and distributing the list of the first batch of 'new energy + energy storage' pilot demonstration projects, requiring the relevant departments of all cities to urge the project investment and construction subjects to accelerate the project construction on the premise of ensuring safe production, so as to ensure that the first batch of 'new energy + energy storage' pilot demonstration projects will be completed and put into operation by the end of this year and give full play to the due demonstration effect. State Grid Shanxi electric power company shall actively cooperate in grid connection, grid connection commissioning and acceptance, and serve pilot demonstration projects. The provincial development and Reform Commission and other departments shall dynamically track the progress of demonstration projects, and terminate the demonstration for projects that violate relevant regulations or fail to meet the effect.
It is reported that the application form of energy storage system combined with intermittent renewable energy such as photovoltaic and wind power can stabilize the fluctuation of renewable energy power generation. Therefore, the application form of energy storage system combined with renewable energy represented by photovoltaic and wind power has become one of the important development directions in the field of global energy storage.
