On December 7, the first phase of Hefei GuoXuan high tech 50gwh power battery project undertaken by the construction and development company of China Construction First Bureau officially started construction.
The project is located in Xinzhan District, Hefei City, Anhui Province, with a total construction area of 206900 square meters, including 14 monomers such as cell plant, pack plant, 110kV substation and solid waste warehouse. After completion, the project will provide a new generation of battery technology and products for world-class automobile companies, greatly simplifying the battery manufacturing process and greatly reducing the cost, Help Hefei New Station area to become an important base of the global new energy vehicle power battery industrial park.
According to the person in charge of the project, the project is a group of super large high-tech plants with large floor area and large steel structure volume. However, the project duration is less than 200 days and the construction site environment is complex, which poses great challenges to the general layout and traffic management of the site. In order to realize the early completion and operation of the project, the project has established a performance team with rich experience in plant construction, and equipped with experts from 6 disciplines such as geotechnical, cleaning and structure to assist in solving technical problems. In view of the large volume of the project, the project shall be planned first, formulate reasonable construction zoning and flow section division, and implement the parallel promotion mode of multiple production lines in each construction area to ensure that the clean construction is inserted or inserted in advance as planned, so as to create favorable conditions for the final equipment to be moved in.
