It not only cut down energy consumption but also reduces emission. Robots with vision positioning system are employed at gluing and adhesive spraying stations for gluing work including underbody sealant, PVC AND SGC and so on. Water-based colored paint and varnish are sprayed automatically at spraying stations where advanced robots are equipped with static spin cups. The spraying plants are closed class 100.000 clarification plant equipped with advanced constant temperature and humidity system, serving as a power supply to quality spraying and painting. The ovens, designed in bridge type, enables hot air convection. Besides, air curtain set at the entry and exit helps reduce heat loss, hence saving the energy.
