Operation subsidy for power exchange station: the operator of power exchange station shall be given operation subsidy according to the actual charging amount, and the subsidy standard is 0.14 yuan / kWh.

Annual electricity subsidy for newly purchased new energy operating vehicles locally produced in Guangxi (subsidies related to new energy buses and taxis shall be implemented according to the special subsidy measures, which are not included in this scope): the subsidy standard is 4000 yuan / vehicle · year.

Comprehensive operation and maintenance subsidy of provincial electric vehicle charging service and supervision platform ('baguichong' platform): the maximum subsidy per year shall not exceed 1 million yuan.

Subsidies for the recycling of power batteries and the construction of recycling outlets: subsidies for the recycling of power batteries are given according to the actual recycling amount, and the subsidy standard is 20 yuan / kwh; The construction of power battery recycling network shall be subsidized by no more than 30% of the construction cost.

The implementation rules put forward the necessary conditions for declaring various subsidies. For example, the main body of charging facility construction / operation subsidy application shall be the charging facility construction / operation party, and the filing shall be completed on the 'baguichong' platform. Charging facilities are built and operated normally in the whole region during the three-year action to promote the application of new energy vehicles.
