Recently, the Bolger Talent Research Institute under the Bolger Group released the 'Bolger 2022 Salary Report'.
The report aims to provide reference for government decision-making, the change of talent market for enterprises and effective guidance for personal career.
The salary research group selected 26 cities and 13 major industries in 5 major economic regions in China, and recovered more than 5,000 first-hand data from human resources departments. Through mathematical statistics, Delphi method and other research methods, multi-dimensional combination and simultaneous analysis.
According to the survey, the overall salary is expected to increase by about 5.28% in 2022, which continues to recover compared with 2021. In 2022, about 66.2% of enterprises have salary increase plans, 14.4% have frozen salary adjustment plans, and 1.5% have adopted salary reduction to meet business challenges.
From the level of salary increase, the digital transformation of enterprises is in the ascendant, and the Internet and IT industries are still the key industries for talent competition, with the expected salary increase of 7.5% taking the lead.
The medical industry maintained a high and steady growth trend with an increase of 7.3%. However, factors such as centralized purchasing of medicines, centralized purchasing of medical devices, updating of medical insurance catalogue, and lowering of drug prices also have certain influence on some pharmaceutical enterprises without core R&D capabilities.
Many well-known big manufacturers have entered the ranks of building cars and used Internet thinking to build cars, which has obviously raised the salary of the automobile industry. Among them, the annual salary increase of driverless-related talents is over 20%, and the annual salary increase of scarce doctoral students is around 30%.
