Recently, the Department of industry and information technology of Guizhou Province issued the '14th five year plan' for the development of new energy vehicle industry in Guizhou Province. The goal is to strive to achieve the output of 400000 new energy vehicles and the output value of more than 100 billion yuan by 2025, greatly increase the effective proportion of Guizhou new energy vehicle industry in the country, and basically build a new energy vehicle industry ecosystem with distinctive characteristics and prominent comparative advantages, It has become an emerging pillar industry for the economic development of our province.
The plan points out the general idea, development objectives, development path, main tasks and safeguard measures for the development of Guizhou new energy vehicle industry in the 14th five year plan. By 2025, the total scale of Guizhou's new energy vehicle industry should be improved by leaps and bounds, forming a new pattern of new energy vehicle industry with pure electric vehicles as the main body, hydrogen fuel cells and intelligent networked vehicles as the support and cross-border integration in multiple fields, and initially building an important supporting base for new energy vehicle vehicles and characteristic parts in China.
Guizhou Province will revitalize the stock production capacity of complete vehicles, deepen the strategic cooperation with Geely Group and Chery holding group, and accelerate the release of production capacity of existing leading enterprises. Strengthen the communication and docking with the senior management of new vehicle project enterprises under construction, and accelerate the production of key projects under construction. Support the revitalization of inefficient production capacity through strategic cooperation.
At the same time, we will recruit large and strong enterprises to layout the incremental production capacity of complete vehicles, orderly withdraw backward production capacity, support enterprises whose production capacity utilization rate fails to reach the national average level within two years to actively reduce the recorded production capacity indicators, and clear out the stock shutdown or inefficient production capacity that cannot be revitalized according to laws and regulations. Focus on attracting high-quality production capacity, give top priority to passenger cars, concentrate resources to introduce 2 to 3 major vehicle projects with leading, forward-looking, iconic and competitive strength, and strive to introduce 500000 new production capacity and achieve an output of 100000 vehicles by 2025.
