With the approval of the provincial government, the office of the Joint Conference on the promotion and application of new energy vehicles in Hainan province issued a relevant notice on October 16, in order to further promote the consumption of new energy vehicles and effectively reduce the comprehensive use cost of consumers, the 2021 will extend its comprehensive incentive program to boost the consumption of new energy vehicles until Dec. 31 at the 2021, with no limit on the total number of incentives.
It is reported that, the reward declaration shall still be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the notice of the Hainan Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, the Hainan Provincial Department of Finance and the Hainan Provincial Department of Public Security on the comprehensive reward declaration of the Hainan Provincial 2021 for promoting the consumption of new energy vehicles (hereinafter referred to as the notice) .
According to the notice, the province will according to the purchase price of new energy vehicles in charge, parking, traffic, insurance and other use links to give comprehensive incentives. Among them, each vehicle with a purchase price of less than 100,000 yuan will be rewarded with 6,000 yuan, each vehicle with a purchase price of 100,000 yuan (including) to 200,000 yuan (including) will be rewarded with 8,000 yuan, and each vehicle with a purchase price of more than 200,000 yuan will be rewarded with 10,000 yuan.
It is reported that the provincial department of Industry and information officially accepted the reward declaration on June 15 this year. Since the implementation of the policy, the sales and promotion of the new energy vehicle market in our province has continued to improve, with only 24,000 new energy vehicles added in may-september this year. As of the end of September, this year, our province has promoted a total of 32,000 new energy vehicles, an increase of 139% over the same period last year.
Considering that 25,000 incentive quotas for this year were used up on September 2, with Baisha, Qiongzhong Li and Miao Autonomous County, Dongfang and other cities and counties adopting policies to promote new energy vehicle consumption in the region, in the fourth quarter, the consumption and promotion of new energy vehicles in our province will also be accelerated. Based on this, the provincial office of the Joint Conference on the promotion and application of new energy vehicles issued a new notice, the 2021 will extend its incentive package to boost the consumption of new energy vehicles until Dec. 31, no longer limiting the total number of incentives.
Motor vehicle owners who have purchased a motor vehicle between January 1 and December 31,2022, and completed their initial registration and registration before January 15,2022, and who meet the requirements for declaration, can continue to make an incentive declaration through the Hainan charging post mobile phone APP. The reward declaration shall still be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the original notice.
